Sidewalk Astronomy - 3rd/4th/5th March
Posted by Newbury Astronomy Society | Tags: sidewalk astronomy, 2020
We are holding a sidewalk astronomy evening on one of the evenings of the 3rd, 4th or 5th of March; that is the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of the week after next. The event will take place on the first clear night of the three, assuming there is one. It will start at 7 pm and continue until 9.30 pm, subject of course to the weather remaining good.
We need both telescopes and people to man them and engage with passers-by, so those who don’t want to bring an instrument can still help out!
